Why Join Viantis
Viantis is built for tight feedback loops between computation and the lab. We move from hypothesis to test to decision fast, because speed matters when you’re building biology that has to work outside slides.
You’ll work with a small, senior team that cares about craft, clarity, and execution.

One Team, One Loop
Compute and wet lab are not separate worlds here. We design, test, and iterate as a single system, so every experiment changes what we build next.
Built to Hold Up in the Real World
We care about performance under real constraints: stability, repeatability, manufacturability, and validation. If it can’t be produced and measured reliably, it’s not done.
High Ownership
Small team, high trust. You’ll own meaningful pieces of work end-to-end, collaborate directly with the people making the decisions, and ship outcomes, not just updates.
Built with Intent
At Viantis, innovation is not accidental. It is designed.
We start with clear hypotheses, test them quickly, and adjust without attachment to ego or narrative. Curiosity drives us, but discipline keeps us honest. Data wins arguments. Results shape direction.
Our work sits between synthetic biology and computation, so collaboration is not optional. Scientists, engineers, and operators work in the same loop, solving problems together rather than in sequence.
We value independent thinkers who are comfortable with uncertainty, direct feedback, and real accountability. The goal is not to publish complexity. The goal is to build systems that perform reliably in the real world.
